ISRI seats are widely used in trucks, buses and construction equipment and recognised as “The World’s Best Drivers Seat”. ISRI is the OEM supplier for the majority of truck brands out of Europe and America incl. DAF, Mercedes-Benz, Isuzu, Kenworth, MAN, Mack, Scania and more. Additionally ISRI manufacture and certify brackets and tethering systems that allow for the majority of trucks to be fitted with an ISRI aftermarket seat.
Geemac Trading (NZ) Limited is the appointed distributor and agent for Isringhausen seats in New Zealand. Having represented Isringhausen for more than 25 years, Geemac Trading has helped solidify the brand as New Zealand’s preferred driver’s seat. We are an experienced, family owned company established in 1989. Gordon and Jan McKendry have owned and managed Geemac since the beginning,with their son Callum joining in 2019.
At Geemac we pride ourselves on providing a personalised approach which means all customers are serviced to the highest possible standard. The small but experienced Geemac team can supply seating solutions, advice, parts lists and workshop manuals to bonafide purchasers. They also dispatch daily from a seat warehouse in Auckland.
The goal is to dispatch 100% of all orders placed prior to 1pm daily. This means your truck, bus or equipment is back in service quickly and with minimum disruption.

Director
Gordon McKendry
Gordon is one of the Directors of Geemac Trading NZ Ltd, and founded the company in 1989. Starting out supplying heaters and demisters to the bus industry from home, Gordon has grown the business to hold multiple agencies in the New Zealand market, the largest of which is Isringhausen. Gordon is passionate about the safety and comfort of drivers, and his wealth of knowledge that comes from representing Isringhausen for over 20 years means that he can give the best advice and direction possible.

Jan McKendry
Jan is the second Director of Geemac Trading NZ Ltd, helping husband Gordon start the business over 30 years ago. There from the beginning, Jan has been at the helm of Geemac’s accounts and logistics, but is just as comfortable fielding inquiries and answering any product related questions you may have. Jan has been an integral part of the business since its inception and is the reason that everything continues to run so smoothly.

Callum McKendry
Callum is the son of Gordon and Jan, joining the family business in 2019. Callum has a sales and marketing background, anchored by a Bachelor of Commerce from Otago University. He also has an extensive knowledge of the business having been around it since he was young. Callum shares the same passion for the industry as his parents, as well as their desire to provide only the best possible products to the market.
